Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 10 oz
- Lamb 20 oz
- Rice 0 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Plums 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the lamb, cover it with cold water, and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam, add salt, and cook for 3 hours. Then remove the meat, cut it into small pieces, and return it to the soup. Strain the broth.
Step 2
Rinse the rice and add it to the soup. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes, and add them to the broth. Cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the pits from the plums and add them to the soup.
Step 5
Chop the onion and add it to the soup. Cook for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Garnish the finished soup with chopped herbs.
