Ladyfingers Cake with Chocolate Crumble
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Farm fresh eggs 6 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Water 1 cup
- Sour Cream 35 oz
- Sugar to taste
- Chocolate to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In boiling, slightly cooled water, add the butter, then 1 cup of flour and stir until smooth. Cool the water, add the eggs, and beat.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 170–355°F. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place small rounds (2–3 cm) and bake until golden brown (15–25 minutes).
Step 3
Dip the finished rounds in sour cream (or yogurt) and stack them. Then place in the refrigerator for 12 hours to soak.
Step 4
After 12 hours, take the cake out of the refrigerator and sprinkle with chocolate crumble or any syrup.
