Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1½ glasses
- Water 1½ glasses
- Butter 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 6 pieces
- Sour Cream 2 glasses
- Sugar 1 glass
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a pot, add butter, and when it boils, gradually stir in the flour.
Step 2
Allow the dough to cool, then gradually beat in the eggs, mixing thoroughly. Knead the dough until it becomes glossy.
Step 3
Place the prepared dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming elongated shapes ("fingers") about 4 cm long using a pastry bag.
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven at 340°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 5
While the "fingers" are baking, prepare the cream. Whip the sour cream (preferably at room temperature) with sugar until you achieve a thick cream consistency.
Step 6
Dip the baked and cooled 'fingers' into the cream and pile them up.
Step 7
Before serving, you can sprinkle with grated chocolate.
