  • Kefir 30 fl oz
  • Chocolate eggs 9 pieces
  • Corn Starch 5 oz
  • Ocean salt 1½ teaspoons
  • Activated Baking Soda 1½ teaspoons
  • Erythritol 2½ tablespoons
  • Butter to taste

Prepare the ingredients. They should be at room temperature.

Crack the eggs into a deep bowl or pot.
