- Unrefined Sunflower Oil 3 spoons

Step 1
The milk should not be cold. Add eggs (also at room temperature), salt, oil, and flour to the milk. The amount of oil should not be excessive, but you shouldn't skimp on it either.
Step 2
Add enough flour so that the dough resembles diluted sour cream, meaning it should not be too runny. Add sugar if the filling is intended to be sweet. If the filling is meat-based, sugar is not needed.
Step 3
Cook in a well-heated skillet in a thin layer until golden brown, brushing each one with butter, and serve.
