Ingredients
- Pork Skewers 10 oz
- Prunes 5 oz
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In boiling water, add the pork ribs that have been previously fried until golden in a small amount of oil.
Step 2
Add the finely chopped onion and cook until the meat is half done.
Step 3
Add the potatoes cut into large cubes.
Step 4
When the potatoes are cooked, add the rinsed prunes, bay leaf, salt, and a little sugar if desired. Cover with a lid and let simmer on low heat for twenty minutes.
Step 5
Let the finished kvasok steep for another 3 hours. Serve hot.
