Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 4 cups
- Butter 10 oz
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Chocolate eggs 7 pieces
- Aspen mushrooms 10 oz
- Poultry 1 piece
- Rice 1 cup
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare a rich, unleavened dough.
Step 2
Boil the chicken until cooked, remove the meat from the bones, slice it, and mix with white sauce.
Step 3
Cook the rice and mix the resulting fluffy rice porridge with butter, add chopped hard-boiled eggs and herbs.
Step 4
Sauté fresh white mushrooms in butter and mix with white sauce.
Step 5
Form the pie from the prepared dough and fillings: set aside one-fourth of the dough for the top, roll out the remaining dough into a round flatbread about 1 - 1.5 cm thick, place it in a greased baking dish or skillet so that the edges are covered with dough, layer the fillings: rice, sliced eggs, sliced chicken, mushrooms. Roll out the top, cover the pie, and make a hole in the center of the top to allow steam to escape during baking.
Step 6
Bake the pie at 430°F until cooked.
