  • Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz

  • Brown Sugar 0 oz
  • Egg noodles for wok 5 oz
  • Marinated cherries 0 oz
  • Cucumbers 0 oz
  • Bulgogi Sauce 0 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Squid 0 oz
  • Shrimp 4 pieces
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Cilantro 0 oz
  • Sumac 0 oz
  • Champagne Vinegar 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, prepare the broth. Finely chop the dill.

Step 2

Mix 50 ml of soy sauce, water, peach vinegar, 20 ml of sesame oil, 10 ml of lemon juice, salt, and dill.

Step 3

Add the brown sugar and stir until it dissolves.

Step 4

Place the broth in the refrigerator.

Step 5

Prepare the kimchi cucumbers. Cut the cucumbers into strips, pour in 100 ml of soy sauce, add kimchi sauce, 10 ml of sesame oil, and the same amount of lemon juice.

Step 6

Cover with a lid and let it steep for at least 3 hours.

Step 7

Prepare the tamago omelet. Whisk the eggs well in a bowl, add 100 ml of soy sauce, and mix again.

Step 8

Heat a pan and fry the omelet. Let it cool and cut into strips.

Step 9

Boil the egg noodles according to the package instructions.

Step 10

Blanch the cherry tomatoes in boiling water, peel, and cut in half.

Step 11

Pour boiling water over the shrimp.

Step 12

Cut the squid into strips and sauté briefly in butter.

Step 13

In bowls, place the egg noodles, tamago omelet, cherry tomatoes, kimchi cucumbers, shrimp, and squid.

Step 14

Pour the broth over and garnish with sumac and cilantro leaves. Serve.
