Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift the flour and powdered sugar separately. Using a mixer, combine the room temperature butter with the powdered sugar and a pinch of salt, then add the flour and knead the dough.
Step 2
Divide the dough into six portions. Roll each portion into a ball, place them on a baking sheet, and put them in the oven preheated to 355°F for twenty-five minutes.
Step 3
Allow the cookies to cool. If desired, the finished kurabye can be dusted with powdered sugar.
