Ingredients
- Kiwi 8 pieces
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Milk 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the kiwi and slice it into rounds about 2–2.5 cm thick. Insert a popsicle stick into each piece. Place in the freezer.
Step 2
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a water bath, adding the butter and milk. Cool to room temperature.
Step 3
Dip each kiwi slice on a stick into the chocolate glaze and return to the freezer until set.
