Ingredients
- Kiwi 5 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 3 teaspoons
- Beans 1 piece
- Gelatin 1 teaspoon

Step 1
Wash the kiwi, peel, and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Wash the banana, peel, and cut into small pieces.
Step 3
Place the chopped kiwi and banana in a pot and blend slightly with a blender.
Step 4
Add sugar, lemon juice, and gelatin, mix everything, and place on low heat.
Step 5
Once it boils, cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Then turn off the heat and repeat the process after 1 hour.
Step 6
Distribute the finished jam into sterilized jars and place in the refrigerator.
