Kimchi Tige Soup
Ingredients
- Pork Blood 10 oz
- Kimchi Pasta 10 oz
- Tofu 5 oz
- Onion ½ piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Oyster Mushrooms 5 oz
- Water 3 cups
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Mild Chili Spice ¼ teaspoon
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into 2x2 cm pieces and sauté in a thick-walled pot in well-heated oil for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Pour in the wine and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cut the kimchi into 2–2.5 cm wide pieces, slice the onion into half rings, cut the tofu into 1.5 cm thick slices, and slice the mushrooms the same way as the tofu. Mince the garlic and chop the green onion lengthwise.
Step 4
Add the kimchi to the meat and fry together for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Next, add 0.5 cups of kimchi juice and water, bring everything to a boil, and cook for another 10 minutes over medium heat.
Step 6
Then add the tofu, onion, garlic, chili pepper, and mushrooms, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 7
Immediately pour the fiery soup into bowls, garnish with green onion, and serve.
