Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 5 pieces
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Kefir 15 fl oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 5 cups
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix kefir, salt, sugar, baking soda, and vegetable oil. Stir well.
Step 2
Boil the eggs and let them cool. Grate the eggs and cheese on a coarse grater, add minced garlic, herbs, and mayonnaise. Mix well.
Step 3
Divide the dough into portions. Roll each portion into a thin flatbread, place the filling inside, and seal the edges.
Step 4
Roll out a little more. The thinner the khachapuri, the tastier it will be.
Step 5
Fry the khachapuri in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
Step 6
Generously brush the finished khachapuri with butter.
