Ingredients
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese 5 oz
- Almond 0 oz
- Tomatoes 5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 3 tablespoons
- Dried Rosemary 1 tablespoon
- Chili jam 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add a little salt. You will need 120 grams.

Place the cheese in the microwave until it melts (the time depends on the microwave's power).

Then add the almond flour and knead the dough thoroughly.

Roll out the dough on parchment paper to form the pizza base.

Place it in a preheated oven at 355°F for 15 minutes.

Chop the tomatoes in a convenient way.

Add the chili sauce and salt.

Then add the oregano. Mix well.

Once ready, remove the base from the oven.
