Ingredients
- Coconut Milk 10 fl oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Erythritol 1 teaspoon
- Water 7 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the milk over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the erythritol.
Step 4
Once the milk is well heated, add the swollen gelatin and stir until it completely dissolves.
Step 5
Then pour the milk into a suitable container and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set.
Step 6
Serve cold, straight from the refrigerator.
