- Toasted Sesame ½ teaspoon
- Salt a pinch

Place the egg whites in a deep bowl.

Then add salt.

Whip with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
Step 4
Add the albumin.
Step 5
Whip again until homogeneous.
Step 6
Shape the mixture into a ciabatta on parchment paper.
Step 7
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 8
Place in a preheated oven at 320°F.
Step 9
After 30 minutes, the bread is ready. When it cools slightly, place it in a plastic bag for 20 minutes.
Step 10
Use it just like wheat bread.
