- Almond 75 tablespoons
- Sunflower Seeds 5 oz
- Coconut flakes 0 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Egg white 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grind the sunflower seeds in a blender. Combine the three types of flour in one bowl.
Step 2
Add the egg and one egg white.
Step 3
Add the olive oil.
Step 4
Then add the baking powder.
Step 5
Mix thoroughly and pour into a container with a diameter of about 10 cm. Bake in the oven for 13 minutes at 375°F.
