  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Scallions 0 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Dill 0 oz
  • Cucumber Brine 3 spoons

  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Kefir 10 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Baking Powder 0 oz
  • Sour Cream 3 spoons
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Prepare the filling. Finely chop the cabbage and onion, and sauté them in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.

Reduce the heat, pour the brine over the cabbage, add finely chopped garlic, cover the pan with a lid, and simmer until completely tender, about 20 minutes.

Finally, stir in the finely chopped green onions and dill.

Prepare the dough. Melt the butter, let it cool, and mix it with the kefir and sour cream.
