  • 1% Kefir 15 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour 2 glasses
  • Activated Baking Soda ½ spoons
  • Apple 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

To prepare the pancakes, beat the eggs with sugar, combine with kefir, and add salt.

Then add baking soda, flour, and mix everything again — the batter should be light, fluffy, and somewhat thick.

Step 3

Cut the apples into small slices.

Step 4

Pour the batter into a hot skillet with vegetable oil using a spoon. Quickly and neatly arrange apple slices on the surface of the pancakes and press them down with the spoon. When the bottom edge of the pancakes is golden brown, flip them over. Remove them from the skillet, place them on a plate, and sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
