Kefir jelly with almonds and grapefruit
Ingredients
- 1% Kefir 10 fl oz
- Skim Milk 5 fl oz
- Grapefruits 2 pieces
- Cinnamon 0 oz
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in milk for 40 minutes. After it swells, heat it on the stove and add the kefir and cinnamon.
Step 2
Peel the grapefruit and break it into pieces about a couple of centimeters in size.
Step 3
Place the grapefruit and almond flakes into molds and pour the kefir-milk mixture over them.
Step 4
Put in the refrigerator until set.
