Ingredients
- Kefir 15 fl oz
- Scallions 3 stalks
- Dill 1 bunch
- Salt a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, pour in the kefir, crack in the eggs, and mix well.
Step 2
Add the baking soda, flour, salt, and sugar, and mix again thoroughly. Then, add the finely chopped herbs to the resulting dough and mix. The dough should have a consistency similar to thick sour cream.
Step 3
On a preheated skillet, spoon or ladle the dough, and fry on both sides.
