Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Kefir 5 fl oz
- Raisins 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Activated Baking Soda ½ spoons
- Powdered Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the raisins and soak them in hot water. Mix the eggs with sugar, then add the kefir. Incorporate the raisins and stir well. Combine the flour with baking soda and gradually add it to the batter, mixing continuously. The finished batter should be the consistency of sour cream.
Step 2
Pour the batter into the molds using a spoon and bake in a preheated oven at a low temperature for about 20 minutes. Once baked, dust the muffins with powdered sugar.
