  • Kale 2 bunches

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 250°F.

Step 2

Take 12 leaves of kale and cut off the stems and tough parts. Cut them in half and place them in a bowl. Add olive oil and gently toss.

Step 3

Spread in a single layer on 2 large baking sheets and bake for 30 minutes for flat chips and 33 minutes for crispy ones. Transfer to a plate and cool.
