Juicy sandwich with mozzarella and parmesan
Ingredients
- Nut Bread 1 slice
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Pesto 2 tablespoons
- Tomatoes 0.3 pieces
- Arugula 7 leaves
- Mild Chili Spice 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 2½ tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place a slice of bread on a baking sheet and spread it with mustard oil.
Step 2
Spread with pesto sauce.
Step 3
Top with arugula and thin slices of tomato (about 6–8 mm).
Step 4
Add thin rings of chili pepper. Season with salt.
Step 5
Slice the mozzarella into pieces about 8 mm thick.
Step 6
Place the mozzarella on the tomatoes.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in a preheated oven at 390°F.
Step 9
After 5–7 minutes, the juicy sandwich is ready.
