- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Cognac 0 oz
- Donut Peaches 2 pieces
- Apple 2 pieces
- Ground Cinnamon 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar, add sour cream, flour, and mix everything well with a mixer until smooth. If the batter is too thick, you can add a little milk.
Step 2
Cut the apples and peaches into cubes, sprinkle with a tablespoon of sugar, add cinnamon and cognac, stir, and let it sit for a while.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 355°F, grease the baking dish with butter. Mix the batter with the apples and peaches. Bake in the oven for 35–40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
