Ingredients
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Oranges 1 piece
- Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the zest from the orange and then squeeze the juice (50–70 ml).
Step 2
Cream the butter with sugar and vanilla. Add the eggs and mix, then pour in the juice and add the orange zest, mixing again.
Step 3
Add the flour and baking powder and mix everything well.
Step 4
Pour into a greased bowl. Bake for 95 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the bowl after 3–5 minutes.
