Description
The juice can be replaced with any nectar, in which case the amount of sugar can be reduced.
Ingredients
- Orange juice concentrate 15 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Orange zest ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the gelatin into a glass of juice and let it swell for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the remaining juice and sugar in a saucepan over heat until the sugar dissolves. Add the orange zest.
Step 3
Turn off the hot syrup and add the swollen gelatin. Stir until dissolved.
Step 4
Take a wide mold and line it with plastic wrap. Pour the gelatin syrup into the mold.
Step 5
Place in the refrigerator until set. Then cut into any shapes.
