Description
Anko paste is a sweet bean paste made with sugar or honey.
Ingredients
- Large eggs 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Condensed Milk 5 fl oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Brown Sugar 0 oz
- Ground Cinnamon 0 oz
- Anko Paste 0 oz
- Peanut Butter 0 qt
- Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a small bowl, beat the egg with the condensed milk.
Step 2
In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Step 3
Combine both mixtures and mix well. Then add the anko paste.
Step 4
Heat the peanut oil in a wok (to 345°F). Fry small pancakes for 3–5 minutes, dropping the batter into the oil until golden brown.
Step 5
On a plate, place some white sugar and coat each pancake. Serve immediately.
