Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whip the egg whites with 10 grams of sugar and the egg yolk with 20 grams of sugar.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.
Step 3
Mix the flour with the cocoa powder.
Step 4
In the milk, add the flour and incorporate the egg yolk, chocolate, vanilla, and rum or liqueur, stirring continuously, then fold in the egg white.
Step 5
Place the entire mixture into one or several individual serving molds.
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes at 320°F. Let cool.
