  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
  • Jam to taste

Step 1

Pour the condensed milk into a bowl.

Step 2

Add the egg and mix.

Step 3

Add the baking soda and mix.

Step 4

Add the flour and knead the dough well.

Step 5

Grease a baking sheet with oil or line it with parchment paper. Pour the dough onto the baking sheet and spread it evenly. Place it in a preheated oven (390°F) for 10–15 minutes.

Step 6

You can determine the readiness of the cake by its color—it should turn brown-golden.

Step 7

Spread the hot cake with jam and roll it up, then cut into portions.
