Description
The roll turns out very sweet, so use jam with a bit of tartness; you can also use unsweetened preserves or crushed berries. Enjoy your meal.
Ingredients
- Condensed Milk 1 can
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Jam to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the condensed milk into a bowl.
Step 2
Add the egg and mix.
Step 3
Add the baking soda and mix.
Step 4
Add the flour and knead the dough well.
Step 5
Grease a baking sheet with oil or line it with parchment paper. Pour the dough onto the baking sheet and spread it evenly. Place it in a preheated oven (390°F) for 10–15 minutes.
Step 6
You can determine the readiness of the cake by its color—it should turn brown-golden.
Step 7
Spread the hot cake with jam and roll it up, then cut into portions.
