Jam Pie with Kefir
Ingredients
- Jam 10 oz
- Kefir 10 fl oz
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add baking soda to the jam. I used blueberry jam. Mix well and let it sit for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Add kefir, eggs, sugar, and flour. Mix well. The dough will be not thick.
Step 3
Pour into a greased baking pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes in a preheated oven at 355°F.
