Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Fermented Milk 10 fl oz
- Jam 10 oz
- Activated Baking Soda 2 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the egg with sugar, not necessarily very thoroughly.
Step 2
Add flour to the eggs and mix well.
Step 3
Add the cup of sour milk and jam, and mix well.
Step 4
Add the baking soda, which has been previously extinguished with vinegar.
Step 5
Finally, add the oil and mix until the consistency of thick sour cream.
Step 6
Grease the baking sheet with margarine (or fat, or butter, whatever you have) and sprinkle well with flour.
Step 7
Bake for 30–40 minutes at a temperature of 180–390°F, check readiness with a toothpick.
