- Sugar 70 oz
- Watermelon 35 oz
- Water 15 fl oz

Step 1
Remove the skin from the semi-ripe melon, cut the melon in half, remove the seeds and core, and dice the flesh into small cubes.
Step 2
Sprinkle the prepared melon with sugar and place it in a cool place for 2 hours.
Step 3
Prepare syrup from the remaining sugar and pour it over the prepared melon.
Step 4
The next day, drain the syrup, boil it again, and pour it over the melon once more.
Step 5
On the third day, cook the melon in the same syrup until ready.
