Ingredients
- Sugar 35 oz
- Oranges 35 oz
- Water 15 fl oz

Step 1
Peel the oranges and separate them into segments, carefully removing the seeds.
Step 2
In a pot for making jam, prepare the syrup, add the orange segments, bring to a boil, and remove from heat.
Step 3
After an hour, drain the syrup into another container, boil for 10–15 minutes, and pour it back over the oranges.
Step 4
After another hour, drain the syrup again and boil for another 10–15 minutes, until it reaches the desired thickness.
Step 5
Pour the syrup over the oranges and cook for 10–15 minutes over low heat. For aroma, add 1–2 tablespoons of finely sliced and blanched orange zest to the hot jam.
