Step 1

Mix all the ingredients — the mixture should be liquid. Pour into a greased baking dish (or a deep baking tray) with vegetable oil and flour.

Step 2

Bake at 390°F for 20 minutes (you can use a toothpick or match to check readiness — when the cake is fully cooked, no batter will stick to the toothpick). Remove from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar. The cake turns out very moist!
