Description
The amount of sugar can be adjusted depending on the sweetness of the wine: the sweeter the wine, the less sugar you should use.
Ingredients
- Egg white 1 piece
- White Vermouth 5 tablespoons
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Egg white 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a deep bowl, place 1 whole egg and 4 yolks, add sugar, and whisk thoroughly for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Place the bowl over a pot of gently simmering water. Pour in the Marsala and continue whisking until the cream thickens.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into glasses and serve immediately.
