Ingredients

  • Ground coriander to taste
  • Spinach 15 oz
  • Celery stalk 4 pieces
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Turnips 2 pieces
  • Chicken Broth 0 qt
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Dry White Wine to taste
  • Ground meat 15 oz
  • Milk 3 tablespoons
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the ground chicken, egg, and milk. Stir, season with salt and pepper, and add Parmesan. Roll into balls and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 355°F.

Step 2

Dice the onion, carrots, and celery into equal cubes. In a pot, sauté the vegetables in olive oil and butter, pour in 50 ml of wine, and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Then pour in the broth, bring everything to a boil, and add the meatballs at the end.

Step 3

Remove from heat, let cool slightly, add spinach and other herbs.
