Ingredients
- Potato 10 oz
- Carrot 10 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- White Cabbage 5 oz
- Boiling water 25 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Italian herb blend to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop all the vegetables.
Step 2
Sauté them in vegetable oil until they are nearly cooked through.
Step 3
Pour boiling water over the vegetables and cook until tender.
Step 4
Blend the mixture in a blender.
Step 5
Add the cream and mix well. Serve the soup slightly cooled, garnished with herbs.
