
Italian Risotto with Wild Mushrooms

Ingredients
- Shallot 2 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Dry White Wine 15 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Nerone Rice 5 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large pot, heat the olive oil and add the garlic and shallots. Sauté for a while until softened.
Step 2
Then add the rice, pour in the remaining oil, and add half a bottle of white wine. Simmer until cooked.
Step 3
In another pot, sauté the chopped mushrooms in olive oil until softened. Then add the butter.
Step 4
Add a small amount of water to the pot with the risotto and bring to readiness. Add the mushrooms and cook for a little longer. Season with salt to taste and serve with a small amount of heavy cream.
