
Italian Herbed Bread with a Bouquet of Herbs

Description
This bread can be made with anything: olives, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, and other culinary delights.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Italian chopped parsley to taste
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Olive Oil 10 fl oz
- Water 10 fl oz
- Dried Rosemary to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift the flour and form a 'volcano' shape.
Step 2
Add the herbs, baking powder, and oregano. Pour the olive oil and water into the well at the top of the 'volcano'. Optionally, the water can be warm, but it is not necessary. Knead the dough until it is moderately elastic and does not stick to your hands, then form a ball.
Step 3
Let the dough rest for about 15–20 minutes. Divide the ball into several pieces and roll them into sausages, placing them on a baking sheet previously greased with olive oil. Make small cuts on the sausages. Bake at 390°F until golden brown. It is better not to open the oven during the process.
