- Carrot 3 pieces
- Salt to taste

- Spinach 15 oz
- Egg noodles for wok 15 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Herbs 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the chicken, cover it with cold water, and bring it to a boil. Drain the broth, rinse the chicken again, and cover it with water once more. Simmer for 3-4 hours. Add salt to taste.
Step 2
Cut the carrot into sticks.
Step 3
Peel the tomatoes.
Step 4
Combine the carrots and tomatoes with the broth. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Add spinach and noodles to the soup. Cook until the noodles are al dente.
Step 6
Sprinkle the soup with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped herbs (such as fresh green onions).
