- Cream (40%) 10 fl oz
- Almond Candy Coating 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk together the Amaretto, sugar, and lemon juice.
Step 2
Pour in the cream — the thicker, the better. Whip everything until creamy.
Step 3
Crush the almond cookies into a glass, pour some of the cream on top, and sprinkle with almond cookies for decoration.
Step 4
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
