  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Butter 10 oz
  • Brown Sugar 5 oz
  • Citrus Zest Mix 1 teaspoon
  • Hazelnut 5 oz
  • Chili jam 5 oz
  • Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
  • Ground clove to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Cinnamon to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Grind the sugar into powder. Toast the nuts in a hot skillet and chop them. Mix the flour, powdered sugar, nuts, cinnamon, salt, zest, and cloves. Add the chopped butter. Knead the dough. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 2

Roll out the dough. Cut out circles (about 5 cm). Place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Spread the cooled cookies with jam. Dip in chocolate and sprinkle with nuts.
