Ingredients
- Leek 2 stalks
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Ground Oats 4 tablespoons
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground clove to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and finely chop the leek.
Step 2
Add the leek to the boiling broth, add the bay leaf, salt, and pepper, reduce the heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Add the oats to the broth and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Pour in the cream, bring to a boil while stirring, but do not boil.
Step 5
Serve the soup hot.
