- Table vinegar 0 fl oz

- Oregano to taste
- Tarragon to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Raisins to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.

In a cup, add vinegar to the milk and let it sit for 10 minutes to curdle.

In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the curdled milk.
Step 4
Transfer the dough, scraping the remnants from the sides of the bowl, onto a floured surface and shape it into a round loaf. Place this loaf onto the cast iron skillet.
Step 5
Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven or until a crust forms.
