- Ground Oats 5 oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Butter 0 oz
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Kefir 15 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, oats, butter, baking soda, and salt.
Step 2
Carefully pour in the kefir and knead the dough.
Step 3
Shape the dough into a medium-sized loaf of bread.
Step 4
Dust a baking sheet with flour and place the loaf on it, making small cross cuts on top.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 390°F.
