Description
In this recipe, you can use either whole grain flour, rice flour, or any gluten-free flour. The amount of sugar can be adjusted: if the apples are sour, add a little more. The dough in this pie transforms during baking into a mass that closely resembles custard. It is very delicate and delicious, and also low in calories.

- Milk 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Sugar 0 oz
- Vanillin 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

In a bowl, crack the eggs, add sugar, vanillin, and salt.

Add melted butter, milk, and baking powder.

Beat everything with a mixer until light and frothy.

Peel the apples, remove the cores and seeds.

Then slice the apples into thin slices.

Add the flour to the egg mixture and beat with a mixer.

Fold the apple slices into the resulting liquid batter.

Gently mix everything. It is important that all slices are coated with batter on all sides.

Pour the entire mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.

Place in the oven for 50–60 minutes at a temperature of 355°F.
