Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Rum 0 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Butter 0 oz
- Bananas 4 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 10 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter in a water bath. Slice the bananas into rounds, but not too thin.
Step 2
In the center of a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Make a well in the center, pour in the milk, egg, melted butter, and rum. Whisk everything until a smooth batter forms.
Step 3
Place a large skillet over heat, pour in the oil, and heat well. Reduce the heat. Dip the banana slices in the batter and use a tablespoon to place them in the skillet. Fry for about 10-15 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
Step 4
Remove the bananas from the oil, place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil, transfer to a plate, and serve immediately!
