Individual Blackberry Crumbles
Ingredients
- Serviceberries 25 oz
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 3 tablespoons
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Ground Cinnamon ¼ teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- Shortbread Cookies 0 oz
- Ground Oats ¼ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the blackberries with sugar, reserving 1 tablespoon, 2.5 tablespoons of flour, and lemon juice.
Step 3
In another bowl, combine the softened butter, cinnamon, salt, and remaining sugar. Beat until creamy. Then fold in the crushed cookies, oats, and remaining flour. Mix well by hand.
Step 4
Grease 4 individual ramekins (9 cm in diameter) with butter and place the blackberries in them. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the prepared crumble mixture.
Step 5
Bake in the oven until golden brown for 20–25 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes and serve.
