Ingredients

  • Pitted Wild Apricots 10 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Brown Sugar 0 oz
  • Unsalted peanuts, shelled 0 oz
  • Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Salt a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Step 2

Peel the apricots, remove the pits, and cut them into large pieces. Arrange them at the bottom of the baking dish and sprinkle with a couple of tablespoons of sugar. Set aside.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Chop the pistachios into coarse crumbs and add them to the dry mixture. Also, add the melted butter and mix everything with your hands until it forms a coarse crumble.

Step 4

Sprinkle the crumble over the apricots and bake in the oven for 30–35 minutes.

Step 5

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
